Fifteen Little Photos from Hamburg
I thought I was going to like Hamburg and I was right. This was despite persistent rain and a nasty cold. I think I liked Hamburg for all the wrong reasons; it's industrial, a second city fighting for its own personality and a little bit dirty in places. That said, it has a great transport network, lovely streets to walk along and a patchwork of neighbourhoods to stroll in and out of. Oh and don't get me started on Franzbrötchen. Or Astra beer. But mainly I'm all about Franzbrötchen. And I thought the Scandinavians did cinammon pastries the best... Hamburg, I stand corrected.
Here are the photos I snapped as I explored the city by foot and hung out at MS Dockville Festival for Must Love Festivals ( taken from my Instagram account).
And you can listen to a playlist inspired by the music I listened to at MS Dockville, read all about the hotel I stayed in and see some more photos from the festival.
Later this week I'll have more photos from the city itself. Taken with my big camera. Oooh.
Have a great Monday and a wonderful week everyone!
