In photos: Summertime in Vondelpark
“And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer.” - F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby A few Fridays ago, we spontaneous met a friend of ours for drinks and conversation in the sun. We sat outside the recent(ish)ly opened Vondelpark 3 and surrounded by a hundred shades of green on the trees, we watched the world cycle, run, skate and rollerblade by. Some even walked... And this is what winter looks like in Vondelpark ... a little bit different, right?
