Darling, it's better down where it's wetter...

I have nearly finished my Open Water Diver course. It has been a roller coaster, or rather a bumpy ship ride, of a course and at one point I didn't think I was going to be able to continue or complete it due to an horrific bout of seasickness on my first day out on a boat. However, after a day on dry land, a pep-talk to self and a visit to a Thai Pharmacy I tried again and am happy to report that I spent over four hours on a boat yesterday with only minimal nausea. This is nothing short of a miracle as motion sickness has plagued most of the sea travel I've ever undertaken in my lifetime. We're just about to head out to catch the boat again (fear not, am all drugged up!) but I just wanted to share a little of the triumph I felt when I saw some photographs taken by an excellent underwater photographer yesterday. And now I will replace my modesty shroud...
