In photos: Dog Mushing in Northern Norway

I returned to Amsterdam from northern Norway late last night and to say I'm tired is a small understatement. However, I have lots I need to catch up on and lots to do to prepare myself for Christmas with family back in the UK. I also need to really sit down with a cup of tea and think about how the five days I spent with twenty-three husky dogs really changed me, because I already know that it did.

In the meantime, here are some photos that although a little grainy and dark, they capture beautifully the calm twilight that for 4-5 hours a day kept us company as we worked hard to keep the dogs active and cared for.

I will be back soon with more words and a lot more wisdom I hope!

UPDATE: Here's Chapters One, Two and Three from my dog-mushing trip.
